Lose Weight With Hypnosis


The word is out! More and more people are turning to hypnosis to help them accomplish their weight loss goals.

Weight loss is the most common reason people call me at Intuitive Hypnosis, followed closely by those wanting to quit smoking or reduce stress. Almost everyone who is overweight has tried a variety of diets and eating plans. Sometimes they work but then over time, we find ourselves falling back into the same old behavioral patterns that caused our weight gain in the first place.

Being overweight is bad enough by itself, not to mention the shame and guilt often associated with it. We all know that being overweight is bad for our health, bad for our self esteem, and for the most part simply does not add to our quality of life. Unfortunately, being aware of the associated risks of being overweight is not enough to make it easy to lose weight. In fact, it often just adds to our guilt and frustration about being overweight.

I often tell my weight loss clients that hypnosis is a great way to keep you "in the mood" to eat right and exercise, on a permanent basis. You know how it is when you get all excited to make positive changes in your life, and then after a few days or a few weeks your motivation is gone and you feel bad about yourself? We've all been there, done that. So how does hypnosis help?

With the use of hypnosis, we get the message to your subconscious mind that you want to change your behavior. Your subconscious mind doesn't argue, it just does what you tell it to do. With the use of hypnosis, I can show you how to take all of your positive intentions, all your motivation and excitement about making positive changes, and make them a permanent part of your life.

How Long Does it Take?

The majority of my clients find success with their weight loss goals after three sessions. On occasion, only two sessions are needed and sometimes more than three. These sessions will include getting rid of outdated behaviors and modes of thinking that no longer serve you, and replacing them with the positive changes you desire.
