What You Can Expect
If you are ready and motivated to make positive changes in your life by becoming free of tobacco use, you have come to the right place. You will be asked to bring in a list of 10 good reasons to stop using tobacco, reasons that are personal to you. We will discuss your smoking and/or tobacco chewing history and identify the behaviors specific to you. I will explain the process of hypnosis and how it works, giving you a chance to ask lots of questions.
Your hypnosis session will be recorded and you will be given a copy of your session. Your job will be to listen to this recording daily for 10-14 days. Many clients become free of the tobacco habit after just one session while others prefer to come back for two to three sessions.
