Anxiety and Panic Attacks


No two people experience anxiety in the same way. And no two people experience anxiety for the same reason. Severe anxiety and fearfulness can take many forms. Some people may experience a high level of anxiety that seems to persist for hours or even days at a time. Others may simply have brief episodes of intense anxiety or a feeling of panic that comes on quickly and lasts for only minutes. Once you have learned to relax, we will work together to address more specific situations in your life that trigger the anxiety and/or panic attacks. If you are unable to pinpoint the source of the anxiety, we can address that through hypnosis as well.
